About Direct Food Ingredients Limited.
We are a distributor of food ingredients throughout the UK, servicing a
variety of food sectors including beverages, confectionery, health food and
flavour houses.
Our standard range of products include sweeteners, vitamins, preservatives,
acidulants, amino acids, botanical extracts, nutraceuticals, essential oils and
aromatic chemicals.
We also pride ourselves in having comprehensive sourcing capabilities, so
when your product development department need a new or unusual ingredient all
they need to do is call us. Samples are supplied free of charge and of course
all samples/orders are accompanied by full specification, certificate of
analysis, certificate of conformity, health and safety data sheets depending on
your specific requirements.
We cater for all size of companies encompassing all types of ordering from
contract customers right through to the occasional buyer. We are happy to offer
fixed prices for long or short term agreements, package deals are welcome. We
will even carry dedicated stock just for your company.
Our delivery is second to none, employing the services of the No 1 parcel
carrier in Europe TNT and United Carriers, we offer next day delivery to
anywhere in the UK with timed deliveries also available.
Direct Food Ingredients can also offer blending facilities for vitamins,
minerals and amino acids. With specialist technology we are able to offer you a
custom blended premix to whatever specification you require.
If you have a premix already formulated, allow us to offer an alternative
price.
